These Terms and Conditions govern the use of shipping and delivery services provided by JK Express Courier. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Service Scope

JK Express Courier offers domestic and international courier services, including package forwarding, customs clearance assistance, and local pickup.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information for all shipments.
Customers must submit all invoices before the shipment deadline to avoid delay or refusal.
Late submission of invoices will result in your package not being cleared or processed on time.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not ship or handle items that are:

Illegal or restricted by law
Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)
Live animals or perishables
Items valued over US$500 without prior declaration and approval
Stolen goods or unlicensed merchandise

4.Customs & Duties

JK Express Courier is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or any delays caused by customs authorities.
Customers are fully responsible for all government-related fees and documentation.

5. Shipping Schedule & Delivery

Shipping schedules may vary based on customs, airline delays, or weather.
Package are schedule to be available within 24-48 hours after it arrived to our USA warehouse.
Customers must pick up at our Hopewell location: Shop No.1, Hopewell Office Complex, Hanover. Same plaza where ABS PHARMACY is located.
Delivery to Montego Bay customers will attract an additional cost of $300.00
Our current Store hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM

6. Payments

Full payment must be made before package release.
We accept cash, or bank transfer.
No refunds will be issued for items confiscated due to incorrect documentation or prohibited content.

7. Damage, Loss & Return Policy

JK Express Courier is not liable for:
- Manufacturer defects or factory damage
- Packages with no invoice or late-submitted invoice
- Damage due to improper packaging by the sender
IMPORTANT: We do not send goods back overseas under any circumstance. Once your package arrives in Jamaica, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to collect it or dispose of it locally.

8. Package Storage

Packages must be collected within 14 days of arrival.
After this period, a storage fee of $200.00 will apply per day.
Unclaimed packages beyond 30 days will be disposed of or sold to clear our balance.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our official platform or at the store location.
